The General Assembly is the highest authority of SCEDA. The members of Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors are elected by General Assembly. The Board of Directors consists of 22 members, with 1 Chairman, 1 Vice Chairman, 6 Executive Directors and 14 Directors. The Board of Supervisors consist of 1 Executive Supervisor and 6 Supervisors. Furthermore, the roles of Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General, Senior Consultants are allocated to support the Board of Directors in executing general affairs in SCEDA.  Also, 8 committees are established to manage: membership, finance, policy, youth, international affairs, promotion, industrial advisory, and election. Every committee is assembled with 1 convener and several committee members, who are also members in SCEDA.
